GreenBench is providing executive construction management services for FCP on the new, multi-family 397-unit project. The first phase will be constructed within Academical Village, alongside a newly delivered 200-bed, $220mm teaching hospital and a 2021-built, 120k SF medical office facility. At full buildout, the Academical Village master plan calls for over 2.5mm SF of retail, residential, office, hotel and medical use space. The site also includes land for a second phase of development, with density to build an additional 395-units.
