The modern-industrial project integrates warehouse-style windows with industrial-framed glass cubes. The design also includes sustainable features such as a green roof, bio retention facility, and the LEED Silver certification. With other amenities like a swimming pool, lounge, business center/library, roof deck, grilling stations, party room, courtyard, and bike room.
