By partnering with the City of Williamsburg this project re-imagines the faltering Williamsburg Shopping Center as a new city center located adjacent to The College of William and Mary.
The project will bring together curated retail, residential, and entertainment. It includes four new mixed-use buildings containing 70,000 SF of retail, 240 fully furnished units, an activated community green, and structured parking.
