Shapiro North building is a contemporary styled residential development aimed to bring a more post modern look to Union Market, while maintaining key neighborhood characteristics which reflect the Districts rich history of being a major food market. The North building is the smaller of the two Shapiro buildings, but still boasts a dazzling exterior design while adding 120 residential units, over 15,000 square feet of retail space, approximately 150 below-grade parking spaces.
