Ft. Belvoir Military Housing

GreenBench provided Independent Construction Consultant (ICC) services on behalf of Client for the U.S. Army. The Army implemented a requirement for all privitized developments on military bases to include an ICC to review the project progress, cost, GC performance, etc.

The improvements at Fort Belvoir military base included three separate phases comprising of 70+ units (apartments and single-family) with many built specifically for wounded veterans and were highly customized to provide the best possible accommodations. Serving as the owner’s Independent Construction Consultant, GreenBench also assisted with the development process for the surrounding site amenities, including a community park.
